I teach according to who is in attendance. I will provide modifications for beginners and more challenging variations for advanced practitioners. Accurate self assessment on your part is important. Treat yourself with kindness and compassion. Your practice will vary from day to day, that is the beauty of a daily practice.

Yoga on the Rocks
A different kind of happy hour...

Meet @ MudWorks & Friends in the Gap. We'll do "the loop" and stop at the rocks for some outdoor yoga & meditation. I have a few (maybe 5) sticky mats here that have been set aside for the great outdoors. Or bring your own, if you don't mind a little dirt...
$5 per person
Please wear appropriate footwear for hiking, but be prepared for bare feet during yoga. Bring a bottle of water.
Additional dates to be added throughout the remainder of summer and into the fall, as weather permits.
